01 Acceptance of Terms

Currency and Exchange

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus credits are separate from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

bt3999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts where wagering has commenced in good faith.

06 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bt3999 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and their details shared with relevant third parties where required by law or by the reasonable interests of the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

07 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property appearing on the bt3999 platform — including but not limited to the bt3999 brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, text content, game interfaces, software, and all associated documentation — are the proprietary property of bt3999 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

bt3999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The circumstances in which bt3999 may take such action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bt3999 will attempt to notify the player before any dormant account action is taken.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Where bt3999 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bt3999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bt3999 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balance and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Any bonus credit that has not met its wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion
